Refill Service

Our refill service is part of our commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and keeping your Maison Sheba bottle in circulation.

Once your refill order is placed, you will receive an email (within 48hours) with detailed return instructions and the address for sending your empty bottle back to us. Customers are responsible for safely sending their bottle to our studio.

For best results, we recommend returning your bottle in its original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, don’t worry — we will securely package your refilled bottle before sending it back to you.

Please note:

Refills are only available for original Maison Sheba bottles
Bottles must be returned before refilling can begin

This service allows you to continue your scent story while reducing waste — because luxury should be thoughtful, not disposable.

Wednesdays and Fridays: We ship out orders twice a week to ensure timely delivery.

Order Cut-off Times:

Orders placed between Friday evening and Wednesday before 12:00 PM: These orders will be shipped on Wednesday afternoon.

Orders placed between Wednesday evening and Friday before 12:00 PM: These orders will be shipped on Friday afternoon.

Delivery Time:

3-4 Business Days: After shipping, your order will typically arrive within 3-4 business days.

Expected Delivery Days:

If your order is shipped on Wednesday, you can expect delivery by the following Tuesday.
If your order is shipped on Friday, you can expect delivery by the following Thursday.
