It is important that you read these Website Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) carefully before ordering any products from our Website (“Product(s)”) and ensure you understand them. If you have any questions about them, please contact our Website Customer Service department at support@maisonsheba.co.za Please note that continuing to purchase from this site means you fully accept our terms & conditions. We suggest that you print a copy of these Terms of Sale or save them to your computer for future reference.

Ordering & Shipping Information

1. If you are a minor (under the age of the 18 years), please ensure that you have your parent’s/guardian’s permission to operate our website. Your parent/guardian must ensure that they consent on your behalf to the processing activities set out in this Statement.
2. For delivery information, including costs, please see our Product Information page.
3. Whilst we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this Website are correct and up to date, we have a large number of products on our Website and sometimes products may be incorrectly priced. You must ensure that prior to placing an Order, you have checked all relevant details about the Products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this Website. Product prices shown on the Website may change from time to time, for example, if the Product you are ordering is subject to a promotional discount or offer which is either applied or withdrawn during the selling period. Please note if a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the relevant products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
4. All Products displayed on this Website are subject to availability and all orders are subject to acceptance.
5. All prices are inclusive of VAT (but do not include delivery charges which will be added to your total prior to you placing your Order).
6. The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Any products purchased must not be made available for resale.
7. Please see our Delivery Charges for details of delivery times depending on your location. We will arrange for delivery of the products and aim to deliver your order by the timing for your selected delivery method. Ownership of the Product(s) will pass to you on delivery.
8. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
9. This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Provider from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. Access to the Website from territories or countries where the Content or purchase of the products sold on the Website is illegal is prohibited. The User may not use this Website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Website from locations outside of South Africa, that User is responsible for compliance with all local laws.
10. Only registered Users may order and purchase products on the Website. To register as a user, the User must provide a username and provide certain information and personal details to Maison Sheba. The User will need to use your username and password to access the Website in order to purchase products.
11. The User agrees and warrants that the username and password shall be used for personal use only and not be disclosed to any third party by the User.
12. The User agrees to not use any device, software or other instrument to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website. In addition, the User agrees to not in any way use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the Website or the information contained herein, without the prior written consent from an authorised Company representative (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by Internet search websites to direct Internet users to this Website).
13. The User may not use the Website to distribute material which is defamatory, offensive, contains or amounts to hate speech or is otherwise unlawful.
15. All online credit card payments are processed by PayFast. if payment is not reflected in our bank account in 48 hours the order will be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

1.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not South Africa, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
5 Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Manager at support@maisonsheba.co.za
6.Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

9.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
10.European Union 3 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
